Private Events

1. How do I get a price/availability for a Private Event?
 Visit the link here and click the “inquire now” button. Submit your information to connect with our sales team who can provide information on pricing and availability.

2. Can I bring in bottles?
Yes, a corkage fee will apply

3. What bottles do you offer?
Please request our most up to date service menu here. We can get most bottles depending on availability. Special requests must be ordered 2 weeks in advance.

4. Can I bring in decor?
Yes. We do not allow Confetti, Glitter, Balloons, or lighting that may take away from the “Vintage experience” for other guests.

5. Is there food? /Can I bring in food?
We do not allow any outside food. The host of the event will preorder your menu for your event

6. What kind of music do you play?
1960's - 2000's. Featured Genre's include Party Music, Classic Rock, Motown, Hair Bands, New Wave & Top 40.

7. Is there live music?
No

8. Do you have sparklers?
No, we have LED lights for bottle service

9. Parking
There are parking lots and garages on all four sides of our building plus street parking.

10. Can I bring my own DJ or Band?
No, we do not allow outside entertainment.

11. How many ppl can VRC hold for a private event?
Minimum 40, max 225

12. Can I rent a section after my party ends?
Yes, your event manager will discuss this with you while prior to your event.

13. Do I have to leave once my party is over?
We open to the public Fridays and Saturday at 9pm. If your event ends at 9pm on Friday or Saturday, you and your guests may stay and continue the parting.

14. Can I bring in a cake?
Yes, a cake fee will apply
